The enquiry form

When you submit the form, your contact details, job description and any selected photographs are sent securely to our website service and forwarded to our enquiries mailbox. Photographs are resized and re-encoded in your browser before upload, which removes embedded image metadata such as GPS coordinates. The website does not publish your uploads or create a customer account.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks the enquiry form for automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical browser and network information for that security check. Cloudflare processes form submissions and sends the enquiry email. Our Google Workspace mailbox stores the resulting message and attachments. We do not keep a separate website database of your enquiry text or uploaded photos. To prevent duplicate emails, we keep a technical enquiry reference, a fingerprint of the submitted request and its delivery status for up to seven days. Email-limit counters expire within two days. These records do not contain your contact details or photographs; platform recovery copies may remain for up to 30 days. Technical logs include an enquiry reference and delivery outcome, without the form contents or photographs. These providers may process information outside the UK under their applicable data protection arrangements.

Information you send to us

We use the contact details, property information, photographs and job descriptions you send to review the request, communicate with you and arrange agreed work. Include only information relevant to the job, and avoid showing people or private documents in photographs.

We use enquiry information to take steps at your request before a contract and, where work is agreed, to perform that contract. Some records may also be needed to meet legal obligations or for our legitimate interests in managing enquiries and business records. Information may be processed by the email, hosting and other service providers needed to support these activities.

Website hosting

WhatsApp and Telegram links open the respective messaging service. Photos and messages are sent there by you, under that service’s privacy terms. The website does not send a message when you follow a link.

The site is served through Cloudflare. Hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the website. The fonts and page images are served with the site.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand page visits and actions such as opening WhatsApp, making a call or submitting an enquiry, so we can improve this website. It processes technical information including your browser and device, approximate location and analytics identifiers stored in first-party cookies. Our event code does not send enquiry text, contact details, photographs or enquiry references to Google. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in our website configuration.

You can turn analytics off at any time using the button in the footer. This stops our analytics collection in this browser and removes its first-party Google Analytics cookies. We store your choice locally to remember it. Google processes analytics information on our behalf and may process it outside the UK. See Google’s privacy information.

Keeping information

We keep information for as long as needed for the enquiry, agreed work and applicable record-keeping obligations. The period depends on the information and why it is held.

Your choices and rights

You can contact us to ask about your information, request access or correction, or request deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing where those rights apply. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
